Treatments

Considered, personalised bodywork for muscular tension, recovery and time to unwind. Every session begins with a short consultation to find the approach that suits you.

Who May Benefit from Massage Therapy

Massage Therapy may be suitable for people seeking support with muscular tension from desk work, driving or repetitive movement; stiffness or reduced ease in everyday movement; general aches or discomfort not linked to a diagnosed condition; muscular fatigue after work, training or travel; postural strain affecting the neck, shoulders, back or hips; or simply time to rest and unwind. A short consultation before treatment helps identify the most suitable approach. Massage is not a substitute for medical assessment, diagnosis or treatment.

Treatment Duration — 60 and 75 minutes

⏱ 60 minutes provides a balanced treatment with time for focused work and a more unhurried experience.

⏱ 75 minutes is ideal for more extensive areas of tension, a combined therapeutic approach, or a slower, more complete session.

Not sure which duration to choose? A brief discussion before your appointment can help identify the most suitable option.

Modern lifestyle, prolonged sitting at a computer, physical activity and daily stress often lead to muscular tension, poor posture and reduced mobility.

Each session is carried out individually, taking into account your specific needs. The aim of treatment is to reduce muscular tension, improve mobility and flexibility, restore natural freedom of movement and help the body relax deeply. After a session, many clients notice a feeling of lightness, reduced discomfort, improved wellbeing and a sense of inner balance.

Therapeutic Massage

A personalised massage tailored to your current needs, combining massage, soft-tissue techniques, gentle stretching and, where appropriate, movement-based work. It is generally used to support comfort, mobility and recovery when you are experiencing muscular tension, stiffness, postural strain or physical fatigue, with common focus areas including the neck, shoulders, back, hips and legs.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage uses slower, deliberate strokes and focused pressure to work with areas of persistent muscular tightness. The pressure is adjusted to remain purposeful and tolerable, and may be helpful for muscles that feel dense, overworked or restricted after repetitive movement, physically demanding work or prolonged sitting; common areas include the shoulders, upper and lower back, glutes, hips, thighs and calves.

£60-75

Sports Massage

Sports Massage is a practical, targeted treatment for active people at any level, from regular exercisers to those with physically demanding hobbies or work. It combines focused massage, soft-tissue techniques and gentle stretching to support preparation for activity, recovery afterwards and the management of exercise-related muscular discomfort, particularly in the legs, calves, hamstrings, glutes, hips, shoulders and upper back.

Trigger point therapy with a thumb applying controlled pressure to the shoulder

Trigger Point Therapy

Trigger Point Therapy is a focused technique that uses sustained, controlled pressure on selected areas of muscular tension, followed by reassessment of comfort and movement. It is often included within a broader treatment session to support areas that feel tight, sore or locally restricted, commonly around the shoulders, upper back, glutes, hips, thighs and calves.

Cupping therapy cups arranged on the back in soft warm lighting

Cupping Therapy

Cupping Therapy is a complementary soft-tissue technique that uses cups to create controlled suction over selected areas of the body. It may be incorporated into a therapeutic session for areas that feel tight or overworked, including the upper back, shoulders, hips, thighs and calves; cups may be left in place briefly or moved gently over the skin, and temporary circular marks can occur.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a very gentle, slow and rhythmic treatment using light, measured strokes rather than deep pressure. Following consultation, it may be suitable for clients seeking relaxation, a feeling of lightness when experiencing general physical fatigue or heaviness without an underlying medical concern; it is not a treatment for medically diagnosed lymphoedema or a substitute for specialist care.

Swedish Massage

Swedish Massage is a classic full-body treatment using long flowing strokes, kneading and gentle rhythmic techniques, tailored from light to medium pressure. It is intended to ease everyday muscular tension and encourage deep relaxation, and can be particularly suitable for general tension in the back, neck, shoulders, arms and legs.

Aromatherapy Massage

Aromatherapy Massage combines calming massage techniques with carefully selected essential oils, chosen following discussion of your preferences, sensitivities and suitability. Using light to medium pressure, it is designed to support rest, relaxation and a sense of wellbeing when you are experiencing everyday stress, physical fatigue or general tension; the oils are selected for the experience rather than as medical treatment.

Shiatsu Massage

Shiatsu Massage is a clothed, pressure-based treatment using steady contact through the hands, palms and thumbs, alongside gentle stretches and considered positioning. It offers a calm alternative to oil-based massage and is generally intended to support relaxation, body awareness and a sense of ease where there is general tension or fatigue, including around the shoulders, back, hips and legs.
