Booking & Mobile Service

1. How do I book a massage?

Appointments are available by booking. Don’t hesitate to contact me first by WhatsApp or phone to confirm availability. Once your appointment has been confirmed, you can complete your online booking, select the agreed treatment duration — 60 or 75 minutes — and pay the £20 deposit to secure your appointment.

3. How far in advance should I book?

Where possible, I recommend booking 24–48 hours in advance, particularly if you have a preferred day or time. However, you are welcome to contact me at shorter notice to check availability.

5. Do you offer mobile massage?

Yes. Professional mobile massage treatments are available in the comfort of your home, hotel or workplace.

7. Which areas do you cover?

Appointments are available across Manchester Central and selected surrounding areas. Please contact me with your postcode or location so I can confirm availability.

8. What should I prepare for a mobile massage?

Please provide enough clear, private space for the massage table and room to move comfortably around it. I bring the professional massage table, oils and essential equipment. Two or three clean towels are helpful.

2. How long does a treatment last?

Treatments are available in two durations:

60 minutes — £60
75 minutes — £75

A 60-minute treatment allows time for a balanced session, while 75 minutes provides additional time for a more comprehensive and focused treatment.

4. What treatments do you offer?

I offer Professional Therapeutic Massage & Manual Techniques, including Therapeutic Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Cupping Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Swedish Massage, Aromatherapy Massage and Shiatsu Massage.

Each treatment is tailored to your individual needs, comfort and treatment goals.

6. How can I pay for my treatment?

A £20 deposit is paid online when your confirmed appointment is booked. The remaining balance is payable after your treatment.

Online payment options will include available card payment methods, Apple Pay and Google Pay, subject to the booking and payment system.

9. Is a deposit required?

Yes. A £20 deposit is required to secure your appointment.

The remaining balance is payable after the treatment.

10. What is your cancellation policy?

Please see our Cancellation Policy for full details about cancellations, rescheduling and deposits.

Your Treatment

1. What happens at my first appointment?

Your first appointment begins with a short consultation. We will discuss your main concerns, relevant health information, treatment preferences and the areas you would like to focus on.

This helps ensure that the treatment is appropriate, comfortable and tailored to you.

3. Can I choose the massage pressure?

Yes. Pressure is adjusted throughout the treatment according to your comfort and the technique being used. You can always ask for lighter or firmer pressure during the session.

5. Will the massage be painful?

Massage should not feel unbearably painful. Some therapeutic techniques may feel more intense when working with areas of muscular tension, but pressure is always adapted to your comfort and tolerance.

Please communicate during the treatment if anything feels uncomfortable.

7. Do you work with active people and athletes?

Yes. Sports Massage and Deep Tissue Massage can be adapted for active clients, whether you train regularly, participate in sport recreationally or experience physical demands through work or daily life.

Treatment may support recovery, muscular comfort and ease of movement.

2. Can massage be adapted for older clients?

Yes. Treatment is always adapted to the individual, taking account of comfort, mobility, preferences and relevant health information.

4. Can I book regular treatments?

Yes. If you would like ongoing support for muscular tension, physical fatigue, recovery or general wellbeing, regular appointments can be discussed and arranged around your needs.

6. What should I do after my massage?

Allow yourself some time to relax after your treatment and notice how your body feels. Gentle movement and your normal hydration routine are sensible. Following more focused work, you may prefer to avoid strenuous physical activity for the rest of the day.

Health, Comfort & Safety

1. Are there any circumstances where massage may not be suitable?

Massage may need to be postponed or adapted if you have a fever or contagious illness, new unexplained pain or swelling, open wounds or active skin irritation, a recent injury or surgery, or certain medical conditions.

If you are unsure whether massage is appropriate for you, please contact me before booking.

2. Do you treat medical conditions?

Massage is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

Therapeutic Massage may support relaxation, muscular comfort, mobility and general wellbeing, but it does not diagnose, cure or guarantee treatment of medical conditions.

If you have a significant health concern, are recovering from surgery or are under medical care, please seek appropriate medical advice before booking where necessary.

3. I have swelling or diagnosed lymphoedema. Can I book Lymphatic Drainage Massage?

Please contact me before booking.

Medical lymphoedema may require specialist assessment and management, and this service is not intended to replace specialist medical care.

If you have new unexplained one-sided swelling, pain, warmth or a change in skin colour, please seek appropriate medical advice before considering massage.

4. Is my personal information kept confidential?

Yes. Your personal and treatment information is handled respectfully and confidentially.

For details of how your personal information is collected, stored and used, please see our Privacy Policy.
